They treated our dog so well and helped take a lot of the stress out of getting our husky over here in her giant kennel. Would recommend Sarah’s Pet Paradise to anyone trying to get their pet to and from Okinawa!

We had just moved to Okinawa and couldn’t take our dog with us right away due to short notice orders and lack of pet slots. I am SO glad I decided to go with this service. Angelina has been a blessing the entire time! She has been so helpful and has answered all my million questions so quickly! Sarah’s Pet Paradise came to our rescue getting our three dogs to Okinawa! Our situation was a little complicated, but they corresponded with me extensively in the months leading up to the dogs’ departure out of Dallas, Tx–always answering my questions, emails, and phone calls quickly and with great information, especially when it came to finding the right crates and complying with paperwork requirements. When it was time for the dogs to travel, they kept me informed with lots of pictures and updates. Best of all, I could tell our dogs were really comfortable in their care. We can’t thank you all enough!!!

I have used them twice so far, once to bring my dog to Okinawa and again leaving with two dogs. They are professional, caring, and very knowledgeable. They made pcs’ing so much better knowing I would not have to stress about my dogs! I highly recommend them to anyone who can’t get their pets on the flight or anyone who does not want to stress about flying with them.
